Refund policy

Due to the customization of our letter kits, we do not offer refunds however in instances of damaged kits, we do offer replacements! 

To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase as well as a photo of how it was delivered to you.

To start a replacement, you can contact us at postmaster@creaturepost.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: POSTMASTER @Creature Post 9 N River Road Box 345 Auburn, ME 04210 

If your replacement request is accepted, we’ll send your replacement kit to the original address you entered when you ordered.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
